The support team provides vital assistance within each of the four technical departments in addition to helping with ICIA administration. Operations manager, Hannah Hudson, provides leadership for the team.

Collectively, the team handles the broad areas of accounting, advertising, computerization, reception, and recordkeeping. Although the team is multi-tasked, each member holds certain key responsibilities.
