Place your samples in separate sealed container(s). Mark each sample with your company information, the information needed for sample identification, tests requested, billing information if it is to be billed to another account, and if results need to be sent to another address/account.

Place the sample(s) in a shipping container and ship (or bring) the samples to ICIA. Please make sure your samples(s) are packed to prevent damage during shipping.

Packages delivered as above usually arrive at the office by 10:00 a.m.

Note the US Mail, UPS, and FedEx addresses are different. Be sure you use the correct address for your deliveries. Packages sent via the US Mail using the street address tend to take longer to arrive and do not arrive until after noon. Please use the PO Box when shipping via US Mail.

In person:	Deliver your sample(s) to the office at: 3105 Research Road in Champaign Office hours are: 8:00 a.m. - noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
After hours:	A plastic container marked "samples" is located outside the west side-receiving door of the office. Please contact the office during working hours to inform us of your after hours delivery to ensure we locate them. Please do not leave samples at the front door of the office.
